Privacy Policy — Claude Gmail Helper
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Claude Gmail Helper is a private, internal tool operated by Arévalo & Co. (Christian Arévalo, Miami, FL). It is used only by our own staff to read and send email from our own Gmail accounts through the Gmail API. It is not offered to the public.
What it accesses: The app requests the Gmail read and send scopes for accounts that we own. It uses them to search messages, read message content and attachments, and send email on behalf of the signed-in account holder.
How data is used: Data is used solely to run our internal business workflows, such as reading vendor quotes and sending client correspondence. We do not sell, share, or transfer Gmail data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Storage: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on company-owned devices. Message content is processed transiently and is not retained beyond the task it was fetched for.
Limited Use: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access: Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
